3d design – new house in Iowa – upstairs

This is a 3d animation of the house I designed in Iowa. On the computer I did blueprints, 3d elevations and walkthrus. Then the builder had a custom modular home constructed to our exact requirements. The house came on a truck and was set in one day with finish work to follow. The main reason I did this design project was to be able to try what-if scenarios with furniture sizing, colors etc and to be able to see elevations inside the house before hiring an architect.
