Information for planning and building your modular home.

Looking For Ballpark Cost To Have Installed A Basic Bathroom In Home Including Plumbing Installed + Full Bath?

The home is a modular, the closet was supposed to be a bathroom, but the previous owner did not install a bathroom, and it is simply a huge closet. We need to have all the plumbing done, plus a full bath tub, sink, vanity, toilet, and floor. We are looking for the cheapest and most basic materials for the tub, vanity, etc. The house is in PA. Anyone have any ideas?

it will vary depending on contractor and materials you want to use, ie tile, vanity, faucets. Expect to pay between 3-10k though for everything.
Like i tell everyone else when looking for a contracter get 3+ estimates and never go with the cheapest or most expensive. Varify credentials, license references etc. Make sure they are insured as well, not just liability insure.
The reason I state about the insurance is liability only covers if they damage your property. It the contractor breaks a floor board then falls through and gets hurt. Your floor is covered but you have to pay for his injuries.
I renovated my bathrooms, complete gutting and it cost me $7,500. The included the new shower all the plumbing and fixtures etc.

I just paid to have my (very small) bathroom gutted and all new fixtures installed, including tub, shower line fixed, new sink and cabinet, commode, new floor and wall tiles, and a drop down ceiling with a 3-way fan/light.
    that cost me $4,000.
    good luck
