About How Much Should I Expect To Pay For A 2,000 Sq Ft. Modular Home?

cape style/4br/2bath/open floor plan/laminate flooring?
ive looked through a bunch of websites, but none give an estimated price.

    2000 sq ft (basic) will run around 140k without construction-foundations-plumbing etc..
    Depending on your location- septic/well/power can run up to another 10-12,000.
    The benefit to a modular is the fact that it is actually built better than a site built home- the walls and rooms are more square and exact.

    You can’t, online. You have to shop, either on the phone, or in person. The sites you see are manufacturers, not dealers.

    about $100,000 to $120,000 for one that size, two story, not a double wide
